Electric sailing Houseboat suitable as a motorboat for the family or as or sailing or lying vacation rental.

The low vertical clearance gives you a large sailing area with this boat. Despite the low boat height, the boat still has a headroom of about 1.95

In 2018 this houseboats (then diesel powered) in terms of interior and engines stripped and the hull is re-coated etc. and there is professionally a completely new interior including shower placed , the boat equipped with an ektromotor, batteries, generators etc. As of summer 2019, this Houseboat is as good as new to sail.

In February 2022 all windows of the boats were replaced with Topwindows (still under warranty) and improved window profiles.

In 2023, this Houseboat has new kitchen and shower faucets installed.

Layout:

Small front cockpit with bench seating on bb side.

Cabin BB side: Steering position + control panels, dinett ( convert as bed), sink with fridge and stove, wet cell with toilet and shower.

Cabin SB side: Long kitchen sink / worktop with sink, oven, cabinets / storage, 2 x bed (bunk bed).

Rear deck with round seat and 2nd steering position

Electrische varende Houseboat  geschikt als motorboot voor het gezin of als of varend of liggend vakantieverblijf in de verhuur.

Door de geringe doorvaarthoogte heeft u met deze boot een groot vaargebied. Ondanks de geringe boothoogte heeft de boot toch een stahoogte van ca. 1.95

In 2018 is deze houseboats (toen nog diesel aangedreven) qua interieur en motoren gestript en is het casco opnieuw gecoat etc. en is er professioneel een volledig nieuw interieur inclusief douche geplaatst ,de boot voorzien van een ektromotor, accu’s, generatoren etc. Vanaf de zomer 2019 is deze Houseboat zo goed als nieuw in de vaart genomen.

 In februari 2022 zijn alle ramen van de boten vervangen door Topwindows (nog onder garantie) en zijn verbeterde raamprofielen aangebracht.   

 In 2023 is deze Houseboat zijn er nieuwe keuken en douchekranen geplaatst.

Kleine voorkuip met zitbankje aan bb zijde.

Kajuit BB zijde: Stuurstand + bedieningspanelen, dinett ( om te bouwen als bed), aanrechtje met koelkast en kookplaat, natte cel met toilet en douche.

Kajuit SB zijde: Lang aanrecht/werkblad met spoelbak, oven, kastjes/opbergruimte, 2 x  persoonsbed ( stapelbed)

Elektrisch segelndes Hausboot, geeignet als Familienmotorboot oder als Segel- oder Liegeferienhaus zum Mieten.

Durch die niedrige Durchfahrtshöhe haben Sie mit diesem Boot eine große Segelfläche. Trotz der niedrigen Durchfahrtshöhe hat das Boot eine Stehhöhe von ca. 1,95 Metern.

Im Jahr 2018 wurde dieses Hausboot (damals noch mit Dieselantrieb) innen und motorisch entkernt, der Rumpf neu beschichtet etc. und eine komplett neue Innenausstattung inkl. Dusche fachgerecht eingebaut, das Boot mit einem Ektromotor, Batterien, Generatoren etc. ausgestattet. Ab Sommer 2019 ist dieses Hausboot so gut wie neu.

Im Februar 2022 wurden alle Bootsfenster durch Topwindows ersetzt (noch unter Garantie) und verbesserte Fensterprofile eingebaut.

Im Jahr 2023 wurde dieses Hausboot mit neuen Küchen- und Duscharmaturen ausgestattet.

Aufteilung:

Kleines vorderes Cockpit mit Sitzbank auf der BB-Seite.

Kabine BB-Seite: Steuerstand + Bedienelemente, Essecke (als Bett umbaubar), Spüle mit Kühlschrank und Kochfeld, Nasszelle mit Toilette und Dusche.

Kabine SB-Seite: Lange Küchenspüle/Arbeitsfläche mit Spülbecken, Backofen, Schränke/Stauraum, Doppelbett (Etagenbett).

Achterdeck mit Rundsitz und 2. Steuerstand

Grâce à la faible hauteur de passage, ce bateau offre une grande surface de navigation. Malgré la faible hauteur de passage, le bateau a une hauteur sous barrots d'environ 1,95 mètre.

En 2018, ce Houseboat (alors à moteur diesel) a été déshabillé en termes d'intérieur et de moteurs et la coque a été recouverte d'un nouveau revêtement, etc. et un intérieur entièrement nouveau, y compris la douche, a été installé par des professionnels, le bateau a été équipé d'un moteur électrique, de batteries, de générateurs, etc. A partir de l'été 2019, ce Houseboat est comme neuf.

En février 2022, toutes les fenêtres du bateau ont été remplacées par des Topwindows (toujours sous garantie) et des profils de fenêtres améliorés ont été installés.

En 2023, cette péniche a été équipée d'une nouvelle cuisine et de nouveaux robinets de douche.

Aménagement :

Petit cockpit avant avec banquette sur le côté BB.

Cabine côté BB : Poste de pilotage + commandes, dînette (convertible en lit), évier avec réfrigérateur et plaque de cuisson, cellule humide avec toilettes et douche.

Cabine côté SB : Long plan de travail avec évier, four, placards/rangements, lit double (lit superposé).
